Question delete this thread

Just checking to see if this is possible. I am in no way an expert on any of this, but I was wondering if I switched my torsions with 4wd/4runner (they're a few inches longer) would that give me some extra lift with screwing any up an alignment would fix. Trying to lift with BJ spacers without cranking torsions to fit 31"

Post up weather or not it would work...for somebody searching it would be an easy find...

Also if you had a 4cyl would 6cyl torsions work to do the same?

He wasn't 100%, but he explained that because the two attachment points are fixed (front susp a arm and torsion bar fixing brackets) the longer bars probably won't fit.

The difference between the bars are 2wd and 4wd setups not engine.
