Hey guys, I'm new on this site and need advice for my truck. I have a 1989 2wd dlx that came from my family, I've had it for last six years and done basic maintenance to it. I'm not parting with it and going on to a 4x4. Like I said I've had it for six years and the entire time I've wanted to lift it, swap out the rear-end, and improve the interior of the cab. What I've researched hasn't been much help because it seems to be general information that is redundant or contradicts other information I've found. So, my questions to you guys are; Where should I start? What kind of suspension lift should and can use for the back and for the front? Should I do a body lift? Should I swap a yota 8" rear-end in or should I find something else? Gear ratio if I am aiming for tires 31"-33"? And anything else that you think is helpful. Thanks
