I love guns, but unfortunately I really can't buy that many because of school and off roading take up most of my time/money. I also have a Walther P22 but have no pictures ATM

Here is my Glock 19

Let me start off by saying I am the most pro-gun/2nd ammendment person out there. I have been raised to respect guns and to value them. I also have been raised to be vary cautious of what you tell/show people.

So I'm just wondering why you would post pictures of your weapons. It just seems like a careless thing to do.

I'm not looking to get into an argument I just want to know YOUR perspective.

i have no problem letting everyone know i have guns in the house.... just know i'm closer to it then you'll be if you break in.

Why would you post pics of you truck? and show off all the modifications that have been done to it... isnt that just asking someone to steal it? "its just seems like a careless thing to do."

its something that people share as a hobby and are interested to see what others, who enjoy the same thing, have.

Hehe. I show the ones I claim. There are others that I may or may not have that only a few have or have not seen. Those might or might not have been lost in a flood...

I just inherited my Grandfather's Winchester Model 1886 40-65 (built in 1896). i have a few more, but this is the only antique. It has not been shot since the 50's and I need to get it looked at by a gunsmith.

None of my guns exist on paper since AZ doesn't have registration and no requirement for bill of sale when sold.

nice stuff everyone! again, feel free to show some of your non standard weapons (guns and knives), i liked the bayonet and the "Nancy Kerrigan" whacker!

about posting pics of my stuff... i know i don't want big brother to have any more info on me and what i own so they can seize it later on, but at the same time i don't think the ATF or any other gov agency is lurking on message boards and taking notes on who has what. and it's just posting pics, all of which could be fake or stolen pics from some one else's collection (yes ATF, that's what i did if you are reading this - red herring) i just like to think that if the day comes and my guns are in jeopardy of being taken unlawfully (or lawfully if they decide to enact some crazy legislation that grants them to seize my personal firearms without just cause) then i'll give them my guns, bullets first! guns are power in the people's hands, another "check and balance" used to keep the government in line should they decide to side with big government and less freedom. *end of rant*

that said, i need to stock up on ammo to feed my collection, and that is where the big money is spent these days. kinda like buying a car, it can be paid off but you still have to put gas in it and change the oil!

i'd like to get a lever action 30-30 sometime soon, but i need to finish the projects i've started already. and perhaps an AR15 down the road, but i know i'll just end up throwing more money away on all the trick mods to be done with one of those. and a little Derringer too, just for fun.

keep posting if you feel comfortable. i'll have to get out my brass knuckles and the taser my brother found under the seat of his caprice classic.

Just scored this Sig 9mm. A friends cousin was strapped for cash and sold it for $350.

I think two is enough. THESE THINGS GET EXPENSIVE!
