Not really... I saw it come up then I read it and it was gone, so I decided to use the back button and post mine up.

I brought one back too. Hell I may as well jump on this bandwagon since Mt. Saint Helens isn't active.

Bump his old threads. Maybe he subscribed to one.

Beretta, largest legal 3.75" skeleton blade + composite handle = 2.5oz

Don't wear a belt buckle and it won't even trip a metal detector.

Sounds the same as mine. You should always have scissors in your rig also, mounted properly with a fire extinguisher, incase you are in an accident and the seat belts are bound up on something and you can't get them off.

Think if they didn't tell the whole world that planes can be hijacked with utility knifes it would never happen again?

Security by obscurity doesn't work.

There is nothing secret about how metal detectors work, and that knifes with little metal in them will go undetected.

I carry a Spork with me. I can either stab ya with it, or fling rocks at you up to 10 feet then eat a yogurt and laugh while you run away wondering WTF just happened.

That doesn't set off a metal detector either and a box of Sporks is like 59 cents!

Alot of my friends carry them....I haven't found myself wishing I had one on me in....well, ever. I have a butterfly or two in the truck and some others as well as a box cutter I think. I do believe I could stand to carry an adjustable wrench in my pocket tho....always looking for a wrench.

I have had a Leatherman PST II for about 10 years. I carry it everywere, work (desk job), movies, etc.

In addtion ive carried various version of a 3" Gerber Ez-Out.

Currently in additon to my leatherman (when i think to pick it up) i carry one of those new cheepy knives that use utility blades. (superknife)

...and you think it's okay to encourage it?
