factory style front bumpers .. long discontinued from Toyota , we are building new moulds , and will soon have them available .

1979-1981 wraparound + bumper filler and the 1982-1983 3 piece , center bar and ends

here we go ..
moulds done , some pieces made , and pulled !!
first gen front bumpers

and I couldnt wait to "assemble" one .. I have to make a "jig" still for the bumper ends , so I get the mount bolts in the proper position , so I used the original "rubber" ends in the pics .. thats as far as I got today ..
final pics are complete , with signal lamps and frame mounts , just so you can see .
I only had regular bolts today , I have order a bunch of Stainless carriage bolts , but they havent showed up yet !
will now dismantle , and out for chrome wrap ..
first one will be for my Trekker rebuild ! ..

Sprayed the FRP ends in satin today , just to show what is possible .....




just waiting on the wrap .. need to make sure were "good" to go before I price the chrome piece

yippie .. it's done /82-/83 4X4 bumper and filler , NICE !!!! I'm lovin' it .
I'm also having them done in "spectra chrome paint" , and will get pics ASAP , but they will be much more money .
these are pics of the wrap .. enjoy

Thanks bud .. nope no floors .. people just wernt interested in paying the price when I did my original market research .
I was going to have them stamped to original spec , and me stocking 5000 pieces , would take me 10 years to sell .. I'm not interested in that !
