Made the reviver to the rear axle brake lines today



Installed the radiator to

 

Made the next 1/0 cable to go from the fire wall bulkhead fitting to the SMD power distribution block




Had to mount the power block a little sideways to mount flat on the inner fender

We used self tapers tell we get hardware

Then back to the battery

Made the brake hard lines





The little zip tie is temporary

 

Installed a electrical bulkhead for the ground to go the frame and made the top half ground cable



Maintaining

 

Hydro lines ran, zip tied along the panhard bar for now tell aluminum clamps come to mount it along there.








Steering shaft from a 81' toyota pickup





We cut up the 3rd gen factory joint up and welded the splined part on the Borgeson joint

 

 

This the only spot I could have the Trail Gear power steering rezivor live and keep the return line in the rezivor above the line from the High presser pump

 

Reinstalled the Diamond Axle Rear Hubs

 

Moved the Magnaflo muffler back 8'' out of the way of the 4WU lower link brackets




Pulled it out to fully weld


Installed

 

Finished up the T_case mount

 

81' Toyota truck steering shaft

Then two Borgeson u-joint's. Im going to finish it with two toyota u-joints so this will work tell I can sources some.
