Hey Guys,
It's been a long time since I've been there, and I heard it changed hands.

does anyone have any recent experience with these guys?
Are they as good as they used to be?

Is SDTrux better than the current Protrux?

Protrux
1620 grand ave
san marcos ca 92078
760-761-0170

San Diego Trux (SDTrux)
8494-B Commerce Ave.
San Diego, CA 92121
858-530-8789

Any other San Diego County recommendations?

Any assistance is MUCH appreciated.

Thanks,

-Greg

What do you need done? I've got a friend that can do most suspension, brake, and some engine repair.
He's mobile and works mainly in the north county SD area.
He's honest and charges you what he is charged for parts. Only makes money on labor.

Call Tony @ 760-215-5 two 6 four.

protrux is no more

jim sold the business to one of his old techs.

but it didn't last long and closed not to long after the change.

[edit] i believe sdtrux is owned by jim's son.

Thanks, Joel!

I'll give SDTrux a try, I saw some good stuff on here about them.

Much appreciated!

I know this is an old post but for clarity's sake, Jim's son owns The Truck Shop in the Miramar area of San Diego. Great fabricators there and a great Toyota knowledge base. I use them for anything I cannot(or choose not to) do myself
