Hey all hows it going? I have been driving my trusty 86 IFS 4runner for 7 years now and I have always wanted a straight axle up front and to turn it into a trail worthy rig. I have finally convinced my wife and have come into a decent tax return but I don't have access to fabricating tools or the knowledge to do it. Do you guys have any suggestions for me? I live In the Fayetteville North Carolina area and am in the military so I have no time to myself. Anyway I know there is one 4 wheel drive shop in town but all Ive heard are horror stories about their prices. Does anyone know of a shop or an individual within North Carolina or the surrounding area that would help me out with my quest for SAS and not bend me over? Also anyone have a front axle or know where to get one? I appreciate any help yall can give. Thanks.
