2008 tundra build
Turning this newer rig into something! Customer wanted a good ride with some lift,35s that were good in the snow, lots of light for hitting the ski hills, and some beefy bumpers that were designed and fully built in house.
The day the truck showed up at the shop to start the build.
So first we started on the suspension he wanted a total of about 6" of lift to fit some 35's so we brought in a fabtech lift and instead of the standard struts that come with the kit we used some radflo remote res coilovers and eibach c/o springs for the front with some total chaos upper control arms.
couple pics of install of kit and upper arms which will aid in the travel of the suspension.
not to many interesting pics of the rest of the suspension we did use radflo rear shocks, and installed a wireless airbag kit for towing heavier loads, after the suspension was all in we started mock up of building a front winch bumper and a rear bumper.
First time building a set for this year so was all from scratch, he also wanted to shave off a bunch of girth from the factory plastic one where he could. also wanted allt of extra light as he spends lots of time up in the mountains which he also wanted protected so it meant recessing them in which will dictate the plae design a little.
We installed 2 40" dual row rigid bars and some blue lenses for night driving with snow.
Rear bumper design metal finished, it included provision for a pair of rigid duallys recessed also,d-rings for tug points, shaved off as much as we could for a better profile, still uses stock factory tow hitch,we installed factory licence plate lights and bumper sensors.

These few pics are another set of bumpers we built for another customer who didn't want front lights recessed into the bumper but would just mount them on the top side of it later.
can see the rei mounts on the frame we built also..
Front view can also see the paramount grill we installed...
Incorporated a skid plate into both bumpers.
Front view looks sexy ! added some windows in for the winch.
Scott the apprentice mocking it back up agian to see if it pulle after welding.
Another side picture of when it was finished..
