Wasted your money on those stupid wheels and tires man.... sorry... you can still impress girls without the "bling" factor.... 4runners on any wheel with a greater diameter of 17" looks STUPID... just my opinion

I have Shrockworks sliders on order; I plan on going down in size when I start actually wheeling it. A 17 inch wheel is the smallest wheel I could fit on it because of the brakes. Thanks for the compliment on the bumper though, it was the lighter option over the ARB thy still offers a lot of protection both on road and off road. The sidewall is not an issue as i don't really take it off road that much and I am moving up to 35s from these 33s.
I think your endstate and my endstate are probably the same if not very similar. You are a few grand ahead of me though in expenditures.

You're not the only one with the rockstars...I have to agree with most everyone here that I'm not a fan. I think for me it's the angular look mixed with the curves of our generation 4Runner. I'm curious what they would look like on a 10+ 4Runner? Maybe that would match a bit more.

Anyhow, love the front bumper - Is there an option for a winch mount?

Oh and ...I'm going to do some more research on your lighting setup and probably come back in a few weeks with questions for you. I think you've got what I'm looking for.

After you go to a 35" tire you will start hitting harder trails. When you air down in that harder stuff you will find out why your 20" rim is about 3" too big.

It's a progression and you are on your way. You'll find out the hard way what you should and should not do just like we all do.

Good luck and have fun. It's a nice looking 4Runner. The last good looking 4Runner in the series I think.

Do you know what gears you will be getting when you get the larger tires?
