SHvar's 2001 4Runner Build-Up Thread

I bought this 2001 4runner back in October after checking several out.
It needed some work, surface rust on the frame, suspension, etc, original tokico shocks, original seriously sagged springs (when sitting flat on the pavement it was on the bumpstops), horribly dull headlights, a seriously rusty spare wheel, and new firestone car tires basically on it.
In 2 months Ive spent alot of money, and time working on it.
Ive removed alot of rust, treated the surfaces, painted. Wired up a high wattage headlight harness, higher watt Hella yellow headlights, Hella 500 driving lights with an HID conversion kit installed, got new shocks and struts (Monroe Reflex struts, and Sensatrac shocks, I like them), OME 881/906 springs, Definity Dakota MTs in 265/75R16, a seatback rifle case, and extended diff breather.
Ive replaced the fluids in almost every part of this vehicle (had a new oil change not long before I got it), very few others havent been replaced now.
This thing is so much fun and easy to go offroading in. The last trip out the entire top of 2 mountains were covered in ice (slick, and solid, ice scating rink was an accurate description), it was a slow and slippery ride but fun for the most part.
Every trip into the mountains my dogs love to with us.
Im sure I forgot some of the other changes and repairs Ive done, heres some before and after pictures.
I want to thank many people on this site for the ideas, and pictures that gave the guidance to build this vehicle up.
At the dealer..

One of my 2 best friends helping in the garage, it was the coldest day this year.

Before getting the new much larger jack, a front spring install picture.

After the springs are in, etc.

On top of the mountain.

My furry copilots.

My stickers.

Sorry about the dirt in some pictures, it was still wet in the wheel wells after hosing them out, and the dirt wasnt removed yet in some of them. Oh well its fun getting it dirty.
More to come.

Truck looks great, it sounds like you've taken the right measures to keep it running for a long time.
