GQ's 99 SR5 4WD 4Runner Build-Up Thread
picked her up 05/2011 for $4k with 190k miles, 45k miles on a rebuilt motor.
I live in San Jose, CA (Bay Area, near SF). I have been into Volkswagens all my life, recently had the most amazing gift from God. He was born 4/11/11. So then I decided to purchase a bigger rig. Have always liked Toyotas, and I have a huge family who drives nothing but Toyotas. The 4runners have always caught my eye, specially the lifted ones. So here it goes, the evolution of my runner. Progress will drag a bit, gonna be takin' it slow because I have a new priority now. But my goal is to turn this to one bad ass runner. Here's some pics of when I picked her up. She definitely needs some fixin', hence $4k for a 99.
