wiring harness for brighter headlights?

Hello, I have a 2000 Tacoma prerunner. I'm looking into wiring harnesses for better headlight output. Any recommendations?

I made my own, I use the factory headlight wires to control a set of relays. this lets me run 12ga. wires from 12v+ to the headlights without frying the switch (I'm using 80/110 bulbs in Hella housings).I think you can get premade harneses from Summit Racing.

this is the way i did it on my fj40 and the way i did it on the 4 runner, supper easy and simple; 4 relays and some time.

i would say upgraded harness and some powerful bulbs. IMO silverstars are way too expensive and not that bright. never used PIAA so i cant tell you on that

I'll look into Summit and 4Crawler. I'm really looking into something that is high quality and an easy plug and play wiring harness. When it comes to wiring, well, I don't even know what a relay does for sure. Sad huh!!

I would got for the one 4crawler makes. I have got an old PIAA H4 Harness that a friend of mine gave me. It was NIB but when I called PIAA in Portland they said they had not made it for awhile. My when I hit my High beams, the lows stay on too..sucks a lot of juice but they are nice and bright

These guys also have a lot of options: http://suvlights.com/
