Winshield Replacement

Would it be a ok to get a winshield replaced before a run or after?? It would be better before for time reasons but I am afraid in 2 days time the glue may not be hard enough. please give me your opinions

the glue is supposedly fine within a day... but i would do it after the run... reason being, its murphy's law that if you get it fixed before, something will break it again o nthe run.......
