Will the 231mm Tundra Brake Upgrade work with 2002 Limited Rims?

I've been searching for hours. I read all the threads about the 5-star limited rims, the 16" split spoke limited rims, the lc rims and the lx450 rims. I have a massive headache and I really can't search much more without going nuts.

Here's a picture of my truck:

So my questions are
a) Has anyone done the 231mm (or the 199mm for that matter) Tundra Brake Upgrade with these rims, and these rims only?
b) If so, did you have to cut or grind?
c) And lastly, did you have to use spacers to get the rims to clear?

Thanks. If this has been answered in a previous post, I apologize in advance but I seriously couldn't find it and I'd appreciate it if you could respond with the link.

Here are two links that have some info on that. For me the 231mm will hit but i have some different rims. I used wheel spacers to clear the brakes.

I used the 199mm on my 2002 and they fit fine.
