Wheels and Tires Question

Wheels and Tires Question
Okay, the other day, out of sheer joy and probably stupidity 
...I bought 4 15" x 10" Micky Tompson rims from a local 4Runner guy for $80 I have stock steel rims with plastic hub caps... 
... I was Thinking I could put these bad boys on my stock 4RUnner and get just 31" by 10" or 11" on them...but can I do that?? Can I put wider tires on my stock Toy...because i was thinking i would have clearence issues....if I do have to lift my Toy then i'll wait to put them on and just get buy 35" for those rims...
