Wheel and Tire Opinions for Taco's.

I've done some searching, and I thought I would try a new post and see if I can get some answers to some specific questions. Keep in mind I am very new to the offroad world, and you have to handle me with the idiot gloves. Is 12.50 inches about the skinniest I am going to find a 35 inch tire? and if so, whats the skinniest wheel you think I could squeeze 12 and a half inch tires on? I had looked at some eagle alloy series 58's. in a 16 X 9.75. Tires I was looking at BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM's in a 35 - 1250R16. Will these fit on a 9.75 inch wheel? I know I saw something on here about a guy squeezing some 12 and a half inch tires, but I cant remember what size wheel, and I cant find the post again. Thanks for any info, and for putting up with the new idiot.

they'll go on the wheel, although you'll probably rub like crazy when at full turn. not to mention (like i said in your other thread about this subject) that with 35's your truck will be super slow unless you regear the differential.

well, keep in mind the offset of the tires that you are going to buy. Expect to do some MAJOR trimming with that large of a tire. Oh and buy yourself a BFH while you're at it.
