ive noticed in low traction situations, be it snow, gravel, or rain that i get very bad wheel hop. its a bad shudder i can feel through the drivetrain when the tires are just beginning to loose traction. i can only assume its wheel hop as i have experienced this before on other vehicles. has anyone dealt with this issue before? are there any mods others have used to eliminate the problem?

Maybe your shocks and springs are worn out? I'd suggest upgrading to OME suspension for a better ride.

 

Just to clarify, this isn't happening when you're applying the brakes, correct?

 

no. usually happens while slowly accelerating in snow when the wheels begin to slip. most recent occurance was backing up a gravel incline

 

What are we running, year and model, any mods to said unit?
