Wheel Help

I have a 1992 Toyota pickup reg. cab short bed 2wd pickup. I was really hating the gay steel wheels that were on it so I researched and researched and ended up buying a set of ADR Sokudo 10 Silver wheels off ebay. They are 5/114.3 and have a offset of 40. For some reason I totally screwed up on the offset part. The wheels come in either 40 or 48. I e-mailed the guy who had them and he said they fit a 92 toyota pickup, so I'm like ok i'll buy them. Well when i get tires put on them i'm positive that they will hit the frame and other parts when I turn and I can't have that. Well what I want to know is what are my options to do. Wheel spacers etc. Thanks for all your inputs.
