im glad i live in texas. no fender flare regulations, all you need is working head lights, tail lights, seats with seatbelts, and windshield wipers, and technically you dont even have to have a windshield, I LOVE TEXAS

Yea; definitely not the case in WA. Troopers are buttholes, and I'm pretty sure the two inch rule stands here...but its like front plates so it just depends on their mood...the laws in this state are so skewed its rediculous, I'm movin to CO
