Whats this clicking sound

Whats this clicking sound
If I completly let off the gas when Im crusing then tap the gas slightly I hear a clicking sound. The sound is coming from the passenger side under the dash somewhere. It sounds like a relay engaging/disengaging...What is this? Ive never heard it before its pretty loud.
