these guys are right , assuming that you truck was parked on a level surface take a look at your CV boots, one side sits nice and level (d-side), but the other side (p-side)the ridges of the CV boot are compressed together like the tire is in an upward travel motion but more to the rear of the truck....Probably need to take some pictures post alignment for comparison since the ones we are looking at are pre alignment

Passenger side might still be tweeked. Keep in mind that when you do your OME lift you are gonna need another alignment.

probably not a big deal, but the driver's side has got what looks like 15 threads exposed on the tie rod vs the passenger side's 5 threads exposed on the tie rod...
