What speeds do you guys run?

When I do get on the highway it's generally I-95 and traffic runs at about 75-80. When running at 80, I don't even realize that I am going that fast at all. The fastest that I have been was between 90 and 95 once and I did feel kind of guilty. The truck didn't even seem to struggle and the ride was super smooth.
Like I said, with only 1800 miles, I felt guilty going that fast. I did follow the reccomendation of the owner's manual and didnt' do anything close to these speeds until past 1000 miles.

Over here in the UK you have to haul to keep with the fast lane. I don't like pushing the runner that hard so I usually cruise at about 75. You can easily get away with cruising a 100mph all day long here if that's your thing. Very little traffic cops. They get you with cameras and you get your ticket in the mail.

howd i get it to go that fast!!
well, my 2x4 tacoma is supercharged and has 17" rims with z rated 45 series kumho racing tires--would not try that with 31's. Anyways, to remove the limiter, just put a switch in the glove box that interrupts the speed signal on the green/orange wire--that way the ecu does not know how fast your going. Then connect an apex rev/speed meter to see how fast your going when the speedo is buried. The rev speed meter has a nice peak-hold feature so you can replay your highest speed without looking away from the road. You also have to calibrate the speed meter too. I had a CHP unit "try" to catch me on I-80 because I passed him going that fast and I was near the auburn area where there are lots of curves--anyways, to make a long story short, the CHP gave up and called another unit to give me a ticket in Truckee. Unfortunately, they never got me on radar, so I only got a ticket for 84MPH.
Its probably really dangerous...yes, but fun nonetheless

i thought of this thread coming home tonight...i was on the 14 on a straight away, there wasn't much traffic, so i tried going for 100. i got to about 98 then kept giving it gas but it wouldn't hit 100...i had to stop trying after a few seconds because my off ramp was coming up. maybe that deckplate mod will help with such things, who knows.
