Im getting ready to order speakers for the doors of my dads 03 Tacoma TRD 4x4 Ex Cab truck. Does anyone know if they are 5 1/4" or 6x8" speakers????? Ive seen both sizes listed in different charts and want to make sure Im ordering the correct size for him! The audio system is all stock in his truck now and he is getting ready to replace the stock CD player head unit with a Pioneer so I want to upgrade at least his door speakers! Thanks again... call the yota dealership and have your VIN# ready

 

In my 01 Double Cab, they're 6x8's. I'm guessing it's the same for you, but like mk said, call them up or simply take off your door panels.
