Question What performance upgrade next?

I have a 2.7 liter 96 Tacoma with KNN cold air intake, Pacesetter Header, and a flowmaster single in dual out mufler. I would like to know what would be the most cost effective power increasing mod I can get next. Or, set of mods (like High flow cat and o2 sensors). I have heard that changing to an electric fan frees up some power, or mass air meter does the trick, but I would like to hear from people who know what they are talking about. Instead of my friends who don't even own a Toyota. If anyone has some rough numbers or data please let me know. personal experience would be fine as well. Thanks

P.S. If I am in the wrong forum please let me know. *(I suck at this)

I use my truck for wheeling, hauling, and misc. jobs. I was thinking about maybe a new camshaft with a throttle body and mass air meter. I just want to get the most bang for my buck without compromising the life of the motor to drastically. I want to put bigger tires and a new gear ratio on, but I want to have sufficient power with the tires I have now. I am not willing to call it quits. It is just to gutless for me to do that.
