I'm installing an Alpine 9815 and can't seem to find a dashkit with the pocket that's made specifically for my 2000 4Runner.
Any help appreciated!

Not sure if you need a kit when I replaced mine it was just screw in brackets and slide it in and the pocket stayed original but then again that was on my 96 but thought its should still be pretty close to the same.

Right now I don't have a pocket. The stock stereo takes up the whole space.

I was under the impression that you can get those pockets from the dealer, then you were all set. Of course you would still need the wiring adapter.

OK, I think I have to get that part from Toyota as it's an OEM part.
