What gearing for 35's???

I think for my first set ill be running 33's Im considering the maxxis bighorns maybe on my next set ill go 35... do you have to run a wheel spacer with the 295???
Yes if using stock 16x7 wheels
what exact size would that be considered???
295 is 33"
