What does your Toyota dealer charge for just a lube?
My local Toyota Stealership wants $7.99 for a lube...I do my own oil, and want the lube done with the right greases, etc, and it seems a pain in the a@@ to do it myself (different greases, etc).
That sound right? He told me it was mostly to cover the cost of putting it on the lift.

I think they only use the one type of lube and they buy their KY in 50 gallon drums.
Sorry, it doesn't answer your question. I would just try to do it yourself or find a place that will let you watch so you can learn and do it yourself in the future.
