What causes this?

What causes this?

Oil to come out of the breathers in the front diff and xfer case? Mind you i rarely ever use 4wd...should of gotten a prerunner.

Is it a steady stream/drip or what? I think mine drips out a tiny bit every now and then, but it's normal. The breather's an open tube, so a little bit of gear oil might seap out if it's getting sloshed around. Who cares, though? Just make sure it's full every now and then. If not, add more. Simple as that. No need to go trading a perfectly good 4x4 for a prerunner.

I would never trade her in...im not too concerned. It comes out of the breathers and all along the hoses from the breathers.
