Just wondering what this sensor is...

Located by the MAF on a 97 runner

It's a radio setting condenser. There's supposed to be a flat thing with a hole at the lower portion(the side that you're holding is the upper portion).

Now how did that end up near the MAF sensor?

I really dont know lol I bought a 97 runner engine from a wrecker and thats what was plugged into one of the clips near the MAF Rofl

Im trying to figure out why my engine thinks the air temp is -40C outside

I think somebody plugged this think in instead of the IAT sensor

Its the sensor that is supposed to plug into the correct plug! Duh!

Some guy just told me his 96 has the same gray plug on his wiring loom also
Its taped jsut by the MAF connecter.

Anybody else have this gray plug attached to thier wiring??
