Weak 3rd gen rear springs
Hi everyone. This is my first post on this forum. Although I have been prowling around here, and 4x4wire for a few months soaking up the info.
Here is my situation. I have a 96 4Runner 4x4. I just recently installed bils and revos. About a year ago I took my runner in for that recall where they put in new springs and those cone isolators.
The issue now is that i have a ton of butt sag, and only about an inch and a half of clearance between the cone and and the axle with nothing in my truck. I recently took a trip to colorado (beautiful place) and with stuff packed in the back the cone was actually resting on the axle.
I want to fix this problem and so I think i need new rear coils that are stronger, but I'm not looking for lift. This is my daily driver so I want it at a resonable height, and I don't want to have to lift the front to keep up with the rear.
Thanks in advance for any help or info you may have to give me. I'll hopefully have pics up in a few days!

Thanks Steve, I didn't know downey made a spring besides the 3 inch lift one. That 20% stronger sounds llike what I need.
