warm day no start problem

The problem is intermittent on a hot day (90 +) and the engine cold the truck will not start normally. I can feather the throttle and it will run poorly and will not idle. I have no codes on the OBD scan tool. I was hopping that I would throw a code by forcing it to running poorly. After a few minutes of trying to start it eventually will and run great no issues idles fine. I replaced the TPS a few months back also thought vapor lock so I loosened the gas cap.
I do not have a fuel pressure gauge at this time.. so I am unsure if the walbro is having issues. It use to have a whine to it but I cannot hear it any more..

I have a 2002 V6 Tacoma 4x4 ,S.C. ,headers,7th inj,URD AIC w timing controller walbro 190 fuel pump….etc

I am thinking of a mass air flow sensor. I replaced the TPS a few months back fo other reasons.

Might be time to clean your IAC valve...90% of idle control speed is managed by this valve.
