Vibration/rattling from fender lining?

I get the worst racket going over bumps, and I think its from the plastic lining in the front wheel wells. I can tap on the fender with my hand and and get the same effect. There's the plastic grommets holding it in place, but I think the lip has enough freedom to vibrate when going over washboard roads and such. Anybody else run into this issue? I've never driven a vehicle that's so noisy when going over bumps....

There are 3 items that, in high enough quantity, can reapair anything: Bailing wire, Duct Tape, and Shoe Gu. This case calls for Shoe Gu. Take the screw out and clean the surfaces between the body and platic. Then gu away.

Do what I do with the 85...turn up the radio...

You might try some bigger grommets, some rubber spacers behind the grommets...something to take away the leeway that lets it vibrate...
