very bad shaking/vibrations.

Hello forums, im hoping you guys can help me figure out this horrible shaking my truck is having. 96 runner, 3 inch spacer lift, over 220k miles. runs good except past weeks ive gotten this shaking, and it moves my steering wheel pretty bad. i dont go offroading, and it has 33" muds.

someone suggested i check my balljoints, now in the videos i posted, i jacked up the truck, and i place my hands 12 o clock and 6 o clock, and i move the tire back and forth, then i shake it from about 3/8 o clock and shake it back and forth again.

first video shows driver side, that clicking sound is when i move it from 12/6 o clock, and then i move it shaking from about 3/8, also that noise is my steering wheels moving, im assuming this isnt normal...

2nd video same routine far as shaking but from the driver side, i notice no noise or anything when 12/6, but 3/8 tire moves but not like the driver side. steering wheel barley moves.

3rd video is of how bad the sterring wheel shakes when im driving (this can happen at any speed).

if anyone can guide me as to how better check what might be wrong i would really appreciate it, poor college student can only afford to purchse the right parts, and i need to get this fixed quick as i dont feel safe driving it. im guessing its something in my driver side from the fact how bad it shakes. i know i should replace the busings on the tierods and steering, anything else i should know to replace to get this thing riding like new again while i have it apart (or atleast almost like new). also does anyone know if having MUD with the threads being so big causes vibrations when comming to a stop? i just did my rotors and brakes so i know it cant be that, maybe this is issue from the balljoints as well? i never rememever it being that bad when i first got the tires (about a year ago)

looks to me like a combination of some seriously bad wheel bearings combined with bad tie rods...

Bearings, tie rods, alignment, ball joints, and tire balance (maybe you lost a weight) are all things to check.
