OK, I have changed my mind so as not to look like such a dork.

It remindes me of a Godzilla movie where nothing synchs up properly, or maybe a Mentos advertisement where your left saying

Im all for customizing vehicles, but you have to have some clue as to where you're going with it, or else it will look like crap.
This dude didnt have a clue.

He did do some stuff that looks nice - namely the shaved door handles, and . . and . . .. well, thats all I see but. .. .. anyway.

The body kit looks terrible. The front end lines tilt up, and give the illusion it's bent upward. Check out the huge piece of plastic under the rear bumper to fill the space so it looks like its really low to the ground. It is lowered unevenly, the back sags lower than the front. He has to be some kind of idiot to paint that fugly mural on the back. That turned a custom look from "Lexus" to "Desperate Friendless White Trash". :pat:

"DZASTA" - Yeah buddy that right. It is a disaster.

Dang, never seen so many close minded dweebs on a forum lol. Just cuz it doesn't have a 6 inch lift and 33" muds doesn't mean crap. Its style, just cuz someone spends money on vehicle looks doesn't mean its a bad thing, get over yourselves.

You guys cry when Elvis was born too? Relax a little, its only a car, and was customized pretty good too it looks, not my style but good for him.

Hey buddy, it's just people's opinions. If they don't like it, why should they say they do. IMHO I find the vehicle in question a really ugly station wagon. If the guy that built, likes it, then good for him. Just don't expect other people's opinions to be the same.

wow, talk about hideous...and egal, i bet the guy that built it, got payed to do so.. by the dork that drives it... what a waste of a half decent truck, i do however like the clean execution of the lexus graft onto the front end.. and the shaved handles, but if you have the money, and want to waste it on something that only you find attractive... get a hooker next time.. lol

I can dig it. I don't think I would drive it over my truck (or under it )

Ultimately that was customized to turn heads and spark these types of threads. I can always appreciate good custom work and taking the time and money to do something to a vehicle. It's original that's for sure.

hahaha,

jason,

That BLING gauge is right for the times. It won't be long before they run a credit check at the service station before filling your tank up...

hows gas prices around the country? here in N. Seattle, it's $2.10 for super (I know there's a lot of u running the TRD Charger...)

Well I really don't like it when people pull one front end of a car and try to make it work with another. Personally, I think it was a bad idea, but looks like the guy did a clean job. The best conversion I've seen was with an Accord, with S2000 head lights and tail lights. That looked pretty cool. As far as lowered cars/trucks vs. lifted it really doesn't matter. I've had several different cars through out my life so far. I had a Mazda mini that was slammed when I was 17 I had to go across speed bumps at an angle because you don't want both of you rear wheels in the air. I guess it just depends on what it looks like.

Drummerdave... You took the words out of my mouth.. The reason the front bumper is tilted, is because they were too lazy to cut and move the wheel arch forward to fit the wheels.. Some of it has nce touches, but yes on a whole there was no planing.. I have the utmost respect for a properly done low rider.. I think it is useless, but then again 99 % of the SUV's on the road are anyway...

PS, who uses this quote?? I think it may be from the PBB
~~Your SUV hates it's life as a minivan~~

I love that one!!

That's funny!
I saw a sticker that I want for mine, it read:
This ain't your typical soccer mom SUV!
I thought that one was funny. Of course I need more
modding before I start making statements like that.

I also saw an AWESOME sticker some where on the internet.
It was on the little back door window of a 4runner. It had a Land Rover sticker with RECOVERY TEAM underneath it. That's a must have. Those dang rigs are always breaking from what I've been told.

Well I think it looks like crap, it looks pretty half assed, the front conversion is neat, but it definitely points upwards. The bumper is cool, but a bit big...Still it is unique, and I bet there is as many hours in that truck as most of the modded trucks here.
