Upper control arms...

Is it true that ATS went out of business? If so, Is there anyone else who is making similar upper control arms for lifted 4Runners?

Total Chaos and Camburg make kits that are similar, and there has been talk about a company making the exact same upper arms, but I'm not sure if it's valid yet. Here's there sites:
