So Toyota replaced my throttle body under the customer support program at no charge. They drove it around 15 or 20 miles and the cel P1126 came back on. So either the wiring harness, thats not covered or the ECM. The ECM was covered the harness not. They called me to ask to diagnose it at $104 an hr. What the hell, I say yes. Turns out it was a loose ground wire on the manifold. I have never had a problem with this truck. I almost just turned it in and bought something new. I'm glad I didnt. It seems more than a few people have had this CEL come on, but really no solution. I hope this helps someone else. So for $208 I got a new throttle body and my truck fixed.
