Tundra DC TRD Coil, will it work on 4Runner?

Will the coils from a Tundra TRD Double Cab work the same as the other Tundra TRD coils for the 4Runner lift application is it going to give a harsher ride? I could not find any info by searching on this.

I'm wondering if there is actually any difference between any of the TRD 4x4 coils? It doesn't seem like they would make a totally different coil for the Access, Extended, and Double cab, but maybe they do?

I think only the 4x2 and 4x4 coils are different, but only by .5"-.75" or so. It is a bear tracking these things down it seems, I am dealing with two guys on TS that don't want to separate the coils from the shocks, and another guy on eBay that won't respond to my questions...

I feel your pain, going through the same torture. So I assume any of the TRD 4x4 coils will work, color code doesn't really matter?

Well, in the various posts I have read throughout the past year, color code has confused the snot out of me. Bamachem had the right color code for like the 2000-2002 or 2002-2004, I can't remember but I think they changed colors a few times in various years. To my understanding any TRD Tundra coil set will work just fine. The 4x2 coils are supposed to yield like 1.25-1.5" without any spacers or top plates and the 4x4 coils do like 1.75-2" without any spacers or top plates...add a little top plate spacer and you get over 2"

Picked up some 2WD TRD coils, Y/Y - R/Y color. Hope these work out good, I'll post some pics later on.
