I was shafted a long time ago when just out of diapers. Filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Affairs and they actually setup a sting on the shop. Caught them in the act. Fun stuff. Even if they don't do that, you should file a complaint with whoever accepts complaints around there. Get it on record so that others won't be duped.

I would do 300 in damage to that pricks shop. I know it sounds immature. but they would deserve every rock of it.
Just launch a rock over his fence. Hopefuly it will land on a car, and then guess who pays for it........
