Hey yall,

just got a new to me 2000 4Runner, transfer case locked up on the old owner I replaced the transfer case with a good used one. Now it’s like the torque converter is locked. When you shift into any gear it’s like it’s loading up and trying to spin the tires. Shifts hard 1st-3rd then will not shift into 4th gear. No codes, no other warning lights transfer case goes into all selections with no problems. I replaced the trans about a year ago for the previous owner put in new shift solenoids, filter and fluids. I did not replace I believe what would be the TCC solenoid what ever one is above the valve body. Any tips or tricks to try before I drop the trans? ( I’m new to these automatics iv only had 5speeds in the past)
