Transmission jerk/hard shift

So Im a fairly new 2002 4runner owner here and I have been noticing a slight jerk when the automatic transmission is shifting from 1st to 2nd. This especially happens if I am lightly accelerating. Also in stop and go traffic or in a parking lot it seems to jerk hard when i take my foot off the pedal for a few seconds and then try to accelerate again. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Ive replaced the trans fluid and done a pretty long trip and fluid still looks good. Idk what this could be, any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Very subjective at this point. Could be just normal operation of the trans. I have a 96 Honda with a used trans and jerks, for lack of a better term, during the first couple shifts. As long as you got no issues with shifting, no horrendous noises, no engine lights coming back on, it seems ok. Maybe some more detail on what else is happening and a brief history of the Toy. If anything, a re-check of the levels after the fluid change. Is it a long overdue change or an on-time one? Welcome to the forums!
