Hey!
Sounds about right, although I don't know if you need to replace the tensioners. When I did my timing belt, I didn't replace the tensioners becuase mine were still in good condition. If they say yours are bad, then yes, replace them. All depends on thier condition, or if you just want a little peace of mind knowing they are new, you can go ahead and do them anyways.
Cranks seal would be a good idea. I didn't do mine, but I just didn't feel like bothering with it since I had never done it before and mine isn't leaking. It's not much more labor, so you can go ahead and get it done.
Not sure on the Cam seals. Some people say you have to take the cam sprockets off to do the timing belt, but I didn't. So, I didn't bother and mine were not leaking. Not sure the procedure that the Toyota dealerships use, so I don't know if they would charge you more for labor or not.
Water pump and thermostate and thermostate gasket--yes.
All the various belts need to be replaced anyways, so you might as well have new ones on.
The list you had looks pretty good. I don't think they are trying to rip you off or anything. Since you are getting it fixed at the dealership, you may want to have everything replace so you don't end up paying for it later.
Well, that's about it. Have fun all.

BTW, those prices seem pretty good. Looks lower than list price.

Thanks for the reply.....but I think I confused you......I had asked the parts people what all I should change when I do my timing belt and the list is what they said. The prices are for the parts only...no labor! I'm gonna do it myself!

I see no reason for the cam seals and crank seal.
My thermostat came with a gasket so i didnt need a new one.
you will mostlikely need the tensioners. I would replace them as you cant get to them easly in another 10-20K.
Upper and lower hoses
silicone gasket maker

Oh, sorry, I did missunderstand that. If your oil seals aren't leaking, than no need to replace them. I think the cam sprockets are a pain to get off anyways. So, just do the waterpump, timing belt, and the thermostat. Like snap-on said, the thermostat gasket comes with the waterpump. I forgot about the gasket maker. I didn't do the pulleys because mine were fine, but it would probably be a good idea for you to do them. I think mine had been done once before in the past anyways.
Have fun on that crank bolt. It's a pain.
Well, that's my $.02.
Have fun all.
