throttle position using OBD reader/BR-3?

Just got a BR-3 reader after reading tons of rave reviews. Have a question about the throttle position % indicator.
I recently cleaned my throttle body and want to make sure that I didn't screw up the throttle cable positioning.
At rest, the throttle position reads 10.6%
With the accelerator fully depressed it reads 74.5% (74.9% when I really mash on the gas pedal).

Just wondering if these values are where they are supposed to be (Do I need to adjust the throttle cable position?)
Are you guys with the BR-3 (or other OBD reader) getting the same (or similar) readings? Can you post what numbers you get?

You're fine dude... Mine reads the same.

Those numbers are basically coming from the voltage that the ECU is picking up from the sensor.

Welcome to the BR-2/BR-3 club!
