Best off-road

It seems that there are 5-10 3rd gens that could go for the running for most capable IFS, a couple posted above. Much in common:

-Double locked
-33+ tires
-Gears
-Front/rear bumpers (aftermarket/custom)
-Full skid protection
-Sliders

If the above has been modified beyond returning the rig to stock by grinding, welding and panel modification; points. If the regular wheeling pattern involves body-damage or risk thereof; more points. The few SFA 3rd guys are separated by workmanship, reliability and cool factor. They pull the rug out from us that thought we had a chance. My opinion, like everyone’s, is skewed.

best........that's probably up for debate

So, I suppose what is best for you may not be the best for me, and vice-versa.

So many of you know my story, broken axles, broken bolts and so forth led me to mod my 4Runner for ultimate reliability. Even If I broke an axle, drained the primary battery, busted a u-joint..... I am going to get home.

So, I guess "best" really is an objective view of what you have sitting in your driveway.......but, I'll play along as well.

and my tired old flexing shot......
