It is hard to tell from that angle. If you have a side shot, the easiest way to tell(in my opinion) is where the flare wraps round the gas cap. If it is a very minimal indentation, they are most likely OEM. If the indentation is larger, they are not. If there is no indentation, they are not. From what I can tell, they look very close to stock...if you have a direct side shot, i could tell ya for sure.

Another way to tell is if there is a small piece of stoneguard on the lower front of the rear flares....probably about 2" wide by 4-5" tall. Hope that helps.
