Testing the IAC

Hi all,

I recently did my valve cover gaskets, and now I have a high idle. 1000rpms.

I was using a post on here from i3oykin on how to test the IAC. I got a reading of 19.3 ohms on both sides cold. Is this an acceptable reading, or should I replace the sensor?

I tried to find out what is an acceptable variance online without success.

The truck was running fine before the gasket replacement.

Thanks,
Scott
