Terrible timing
I recently bought 5 new tires for my truck and a set of 4 2021 17” taco wheels fell into my lap.
if you had 17s, what size tires would you run?
trying to decide if I offload my nearly new 16s or sell the 17” wheels and wait? Or option 3, sit on the new wheels for a couple years until I need tires again.

I run 17" 2015 4R Trail Edition with LT275/70-R17 Kumho AT51 Load C on my 99, I could go to 285's but found this to be a good balance and these rims and tires are pretty heavy already. If the 2021 Taco Rims have the same offset as the 2nd Gen Taco they have the wrong offset for a 4R and sit to close to the UCA if you add bigger tires, they do look wider than the earlier Taco's so hopefully they work out for you
I'm glad you where able to get tires, I bought 8 last March for a few vehicles, happy with the Kumho's I asked for another 275 for a spare last October,.. still waiting for ETA, and I call in once a month.

Ya I live in Mexico of the North, we get left overs only up here. When I first decided on the Kumho's only one shop would deal with me to get them out of 6 shops, all the other shops wanted to offer me something else and said Kumho's are unavailable or they won't deal with them.
