Tacoma V-6 milage concerns?

Tacoma V-6 milage concerns?
I've always had aq 3gen toyota which I have retired to a wheeler and now Im looking for a daily driver. Im looking at a 1996 tacoma with a V-6 and 5spd. Its apprears to be in great shape. It has 204,000 miles on it. What mechanical concerns on the motor should I have at this milage?
