Tacoma axle / 4Runner axle
I found a Tacoma assembly which includes 6"Lift, axles, differential, hubs, rotors, and other parts. Would this assembly fit on a 3rd Gen 4Runner or are the parts different? If so, what parts?

I assume you are refering to the front... 
Yes, it should work. Contact member SteveO as he just put a Pro Comp 4" kit in the front of his runner. There may be a thread about it, too...I think there might be some subtle differences, but I don't know exactly what they might be.
