Swallowing my pride. . .

I have started and then put everything back together. I bought a FLX-210 2 weeks ago and don't have the juevos to do the install alone. I haven't lived in SoCal (Santa Barbara) long enough to meet anyone handy with a wrench so I ask:

Is there someone in the LA, Orange County regions, or North that would be willing to help me out for an agreed apon compensation???

I have all the tools and hardware but I need a bit of coaching. Help a brotha out?!!? Thanks.

If it wasn't for the fact that I'm gonna be busy this week swapping out my engine and then fabricating a rear bumper this weekend, I'd offer you a hand.

It's a Flex-a-Lite fan model #210.

If I lived closer, I'd definately lend a hand. Installation is pretty easy.
There's a write-up here. I referred to it a couple times when I swapped my Hayden fan for the FAL fan. The biggest thing you need to be concerned about is the pulley nuts. When you reinstall the nuts on the fan pulley, put some washers on first. If you tighten the nuts down without the washers, you will end up threading the "blank" spots on the stud.

Hey, I am busy as hell for the next couple of weeks too. I was thinking sometime around the first week in Feb. if someone is up to it.

HaveBlue, I know it's pretty easy. It's just that I stripped my third nut on the shroud and am having some issues loosening the serp belt to get the fan out. The truck doesn't want me to pull it's tooth. When it all comes down to it I am just nervous about being w/o a ride for a while with school.
